Thermo Scientific PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder is a mixture of nine blue-, orange-, and green-stained proteins covering 10 to 250 kDa supplied in a ready-to-use format (2 x 250 µL) for direct loading onto gels. It is intended for use as a molecular weight standard to monitor protein migration during SDS-PAGE, to monitor protein transfer onto membranes after Western blotting, and to size proteins on SDS-polyacrylamide gels and Western blots.
