Polycarbonate Track Etched (PCTE) hydrophilic disks designed for particle capture and environmental/biological sample collection. The membrane is a thin, microporous polycarbonate film treated to be hydrophilic so liquids wet the surface; particles larger than the rated pore size are captured on the membrane surface. Typical uses include blood assays, high‑purity and general filtration, and applications requiring a smooth, glass‑like surface for microscopic inspection.
