GVS nylon filtration discs are filtration membranes supported internally with an inert polyester support that provides added strength and dimensional stability, preventing breakage, tearing and curling. They are naturally hydrophilic and designed for sample preparation, including HPLC sample preparation, and for sterilization and clarification of aqueous solutions and organic solvents.
